Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy for Standard Products
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Standard (non-custom) products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Original receipt or order confirmation is required
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item

Custom Products
Important: Custom products are made specifically for your order and are generally non-returnable.
Due to the personalized nature of custom flags and banners, we cannot accept returns on custom orders unless:
- The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
- The item does not match the approved proof or specifications
- There is a manufacturing error on our part
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the defect or damage
- We will provide a prepaid return label for defective items
- You may choose a replacement or full refund
How to Initiate a Return

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they enter production:
- Standard Products: Cancel within 24 hours for a full refund
- Custom Products: Cancel before proof approval for a full refund; cancellations after production begins may incur fees
