Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy for Standard Products

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Standard (non-custom) products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Original receipt or order confirmation is required
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item

Custom Products

Important: Custom products are made specifically for your order and are generally non-returnable.

Due to the personalized nature of custom flags and banners, we cannot accept returns on custom orders unless:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • The item does not match the approved proof or specifications
  • There is a manufacturing error on our part

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the defect or damage
  • We will provide a prepaid return label for defective items
  • You may choose a replacement or full refund

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return or report a problem with your order:

  3. Receive return authorization and instructions
  4. Ship the item back using the provided instructions
  5. Receive your refund or replacement once we process the return

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they enter production:

  • Standard Products: Cancel within 24 hours for a full refund
  • Custom Products: Cancel before proof approval for a full refund; cancellations after production begins may incur fees
